  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp powdered erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: Dark chocolate shavings or whipped cream for topping

Instructions
 

  • Whip the Cream: In a mixing bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  • Add Cocoa & Sweetener: Sift in the cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
  • Whip Until Fluffy: Continue whipping until stiff peaks form. Don’t overmix!
