- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons chopped jalapeños fresh or pickled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cheese, almond flour, egg, jalapeños, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Roll the mixture into small, evenly sized balls (approximately 1½-inch diameter).
Arrange balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
